I am very happy to report that after months of coordinated work by 21 organizations that are members of the Howard County Coalition for Immigrant Justice, County Council Representative Elizabeth Walsh has filed CB51-2020 to end Howard County’s contract with ICE. I am enclosing some Talking Points to Support this bill. Please use them as you see fit. Here is how you can help:
