On May 31st, Saturday, the Maryland-Cuba Solidarity Coalition will offer a screening of "Maestra," a 33-minute documentary film directed by Catherine Murphy about the youngest women teachers of the 1961 Cuban Literacy Campaign, which eradicated illiteracy in revolutionary Cuba. The screening will take place at Red Emma's Free School in Baltimore, 4-6pm.
